Terms & Conditions

Pricing

  • All rates quoted include all charges (except as noted otherwise in these Terms and Conditions).
  • All rates quoted are for auto transport service on an open trailer unless noted otherwise in our quote.
  • If the full amount is not prepaid, the remaining balance will be due cash upon delivery and will have to be in the form of cash or certified funds.
  • Customer agrees to pay a $100 fee if a transporter arrives to load the auto and it is unavailable after the date it becomes available for loading.
  • All cancellations must be in writing. Any refundable charges will be processed within thirty (30) days.

Inoperable Vehicles

  • Inoperable vehicles will be charged an additional $150. This amount is included in the quote if the customer notes the auto is inoperable on the quote form. Should the vehicle not roll or have brakes, an additional amount may be charged.
  • Customer agrees that should the vehicle become inoperable any time during transport or delivery, a $150 fee will be charged.

General

  • Pick up and delivery dates are estimates and actual dates may differ.
  • Nationwide Auto Transport Inc. ships vehicles anywhere within the 48 contiguous United States. We ship automobiles door-to-door, picking up and delivering to anywhere you request, including residences and office buildings, so you don have to visit a distant terminal (Subject to accessibility and local laws).

Insurance

  • Insurance certificates are available upon request once the vehicle has been assigned to a truck.
  • Insurance coverage is primary and will have no deductible for contiguous US ground shipments
  • Insurance coverage is for the auto only and does not cover anything left in the vehicle.

Liability

  • Customer agrees to perform an inspection of the vehicle at loading and unloading. Any damage must be noted on the condition report. Neither transporter nor Nationwide Auto Transport Inc. will be liable for any damage not noted on the condition report. By signing the condition report Customer agrees to the described condition of the vehicle. The Transporter will pay any repairs for noted damage at cost.
  • All damage claims will be the responsibility of transporter. Customer agrees to hold Nationwide auto Transport inc harmless in any claims.
  • Nationwide Auto Transport Inc. is not liable for any expenses incurred due to transport delays.
  • Nationwide Auto Transport Inc. will not be liable for damage caused by other vehicles leaking fluids, weather, or acts of God.
  • Nationwide Auto Transport Inc. will not be responsible to damage caused to convertible tops by wind or other weather factors.
